How Does Photon Light Therapy Work?
For Photon Light Therapy to work the LED must be at the correct wave length. Healthy Line Mats with Photon Lights work at a wave lenght of 660 nm which is in the most desired and effective wave length range of 633nm to 830 nm. Color also affects how deep these wavelengths go and as you can see from the diagram darke red is the most effective with wavelengths penetrating within an inch into the dermis and epidermis. Photon Light Therapy usually requires longer treatment times than Far Infrared Heat Therapy.
How Often Can you use Photon Light Therapy
You can use it for 20 to 25 minutes once a day.
